this took the absolute biscuit to do!! Sewing it was easy but actually moving the fabric down the threads took aaaaages! The pieces of fabric were really long...and there was two of them
then I pinned the frill in between the corset fabric and lining at the top of the corset halves and stitched about 1.5cm down (seam allowance)
I then turned the halves the right way round and ironed the frills down, unpicking the visible pieces of cotton from the gathers
