So i took a piece of nude lycra and sewed down one side to create a tube
pinned in two tucks
and sewed it! easy peasy
I then put wire in the top hem to create a strict shape for the neckline. This would make it uncomfortable to wear but it doesn't have to be wearable...so it doesn't matter!
I also put wire in the back so i can create a corset style, laced back. Obviously, with it being stretchy fabric, the lacing would be purely for decoration.
